Overview:

When Toy, the prankster, gets trapped in a time loop, he repeats New Year's Eve over and over again. As he spends the day trying different ways to escape this tedious cycle, he meets Vee, a mysterious girl in the same predicament. Together, they search for hidden Perfect Moments during the day.
